1. Acceptance
By accessing community.labgenz.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.

2. Who can join
You must be 18+ to apply as a founding ambassador. By applying you confirm the information you provided is accurate.

3. Your account
You’re responsible for your account security. Don’t share your magic link or credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@labgenz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Creator conduct
You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, misleading, or violates third-party rights. Labgenz reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

5. Missions and deliverables
Completing a Mission means delivering what was specified, on time, to the standard described. Late or incomplete deliveries affect your Reliability Score.

6. Reach Points and tiers
Reach Points (RP) have no monetary value unless converted through the affiliate or brand deals rails at Tier 2+. Labgenz reserves the right to adjust RP thresholds and tier benefits with 30 days notice.

7. Affiliate earnings
Founding ambassadors pay 0% platform fee on affiliate commissions. All other creators pay 15%. Payment processor fees apply to all payouts. Payouts are processed within 30 days of the billing period close.

8. Founding ambassador status
Founding status is permanent once granted. The is_founding flag on your account is immutable. Benefits tied to founding status cannot be transferred.

9. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. By posting on the platform you grant Labgenz a non-exclusive license to feature your content for promotional purposes (GenZStory series, social media, platform marketing) with attribution.

10. Platform availability
Labgenz is a growing platform. We don’t guarantee 100% uptime. Features may change — we’ll notify ambassadors of significant changes via email or the private Slack channel.

11. Termination
Labgenz may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@labgenz.com.

12. Limitation of liability
Labgenz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.
